This 3 in 1 by MSI (mace SECURITY INTERNATIONAL) fills the bill. It has a 130db Alarm.
This Rascal Is Loud!
It also has a strobe light that can also be used as a flashlight. Will convert to window or door alarm with the enclosed free attachment.
Runs on one 9 volt battery (not included).
